Cancellation Policy
We will gladly reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24-hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be charged the full amount of the service.
Appointments
As a courtesy, we call to confirm appointments 24–48 hours in advance. A Credit Card is required when booking an appointment. For all day services, we require a 50% deposit.
Punctuality
We have designed our scheduling to ensure you of the correct time for your services. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so our other clients do not have to wait for their services.
Children
Inizio is very concerned about the safety of your children. As you know there are many things in a spa a child could get hurt with, so please do not leave your children unattended.
Quiet Please
Please help yourself and others enjoy the visit to the spa, turn your cell phones off and use your relaxing voices.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are to be used for services and product only and have no cash value.
